The hotel offers deluxe king rooms on the upper floors. It is centrally located, near Century Boulevard. There is a shopping mall within walking distance and another big mall across the street. Situated in a new area, it is conveniently close to a subway station.

Breakfast with fresh noodles, chefs preparing fresh noodles, Chinese meals. Brand-new and modern room with clean bathroom. Favourable central location, next to the center of Shanghai, and metro station and restaurants.

Hotel’s breakfast was satisfactory with chefs preparing fresh noodles, chinese dishes, fresh noodles and could satisfy any taste. The room was modern and well laid out, included with flowers, the floors 20, nice bath. Location: the venue was just off travelling around shanghai, and # 2 subway.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was near the Century train stop on the Green Line and the Century Avenue Line 2 subway on Donfang Road. Being in the business district and in Shanghai city centre made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the tourist spots. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service with a smile. They were always available to assist us and even helped us with arranging car hire and dry cleaning. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience and the grocery shopping service was a nice touch. We even had the option of having our wedding services organized here. The limousine service and laundry service were both excellent. The airport shuttle and shuttle service made it easy for us to get to and from the hotel. The wake up service was prompt and the paid shuttle service was worth the extra cost. The taxi service right outside the hotel was very convenient. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the lounge, where we could relax after a busy day and have a drink and some food. Our room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a turndown service. The sitting area and terrace added to the luxurious feel. We felt safe with the in-room safe and appreciated the hair dryer and free toiletries provided. The electric kettle was a nice touch, allowing us to have tea and coffee in the comfort of our room. The television and telephone were both modern and had direct dial capabilities. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining options at the restaurant were top-notch and we enjoyed the convenience of having in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area provided a great atmosphere for socializing. All in all, the staff, facilities, and services provided here made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location in a busy area was unbeatable and stunning. The rooms had great views.

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard in Pudong. The front desk upgraded me to a better room and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was convenient, close to the subway and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro line 2 and has a friendly staff in the lobby. The reception desk staff promptly addressed my concerns with my initial room and provided a free upgrade to room 2312, which met our expectations. We also appreciated the proximity to the metro station and nearby shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making it a great start to the day.

Great location in a quiet area,however cafes and good restaurents just near by i.e. Plaza 96.MetroLine 2 all the way from Pudong Airport to Century Avenue station(10 minutes walk from Hotel).The Hotel is really good as well.

Staff tried to be helpful.

According to hotel description sauna is available for the guests. However, there is no sauna at the hotel at all. This is disappointing. Breakfast not included in price and food is not good. Very poor choice and quality. Internet cost extra and it is not wireless at the rooms ( we have in the 21-st century now!). Location is very far from all city attractions and airport. I would not recommend it to anyone. For the same price there are better places available.
